What can I say about "ME"? I love to entertain my family and friends by cooking them a great meal. I get so much satisfaction and enjoyment by cooking for all my family and friends. I hope someday to open my own bed and breakfast or a small restaurant , somewhere in the Texas Hill Country. One (Just one) of my favorite cooks whom I admire very much is Paula Dean. I too have two sons like she does. My eldest is going to Culinary Arts School next fall. So, you can say it runs in the family. I love to cook Mexican, Italian and healty dishes. Almost anything. You name and I'll dish it. I love to cook dishes that my mother taught me when I was little. I can say I started cooking at the age of 7 or 8. My first creations were scrambled eggs, huevos rancheros and toast. My mother would cook Thanksgiving Dinner every year and made the most delicios gravy. I learned by watching and now I cook Thanksgiving dinner for my entire family. Thanks Mom!
