Awesome idea for a Halloween treat! Great basic recipe to use as a spring-board for being creative. The cookie recipe is good and techniques described all produce good results. I followed some of the advice given in reviews where I used blanched almonds, painted them with red food colouring, and then I also used raspberry jam. What I found to be really effective is I used a brush to sort of smear the excess raspberry jam over the finger, I chopped off the ends and painted it with red food colouring, and using a brush, I sort of sprayed food colouring over the fingers, which made it look like blood dripped on the fingers. I found that it is best to not be meticulous with these as randomness produces more gory results! Making these was loads of fun! Will definitely make them again! (-:

Great recipe! I added garlic. I love garlic so I added 3 or 4 cloves but this can be adjusted to taste. I blended the veggies with a cup of freshly made cashew milk. We loved it! (-:

These are great! My boyfriend loved them! Perhaps next time I'll use less molasses and see how it turns out because I felt that the taste was a bit too strong. After a few days it did taste better though.. These are very nice cookies! (:
