Holy cow! These are so rich! These are brownies you'll only want to make once a year, for your health, but they are incredible!! I think next time I might add a bit more flour to make them a little less fudgy, and maybe a bit more peanut butter. The peanut butter flavor wasn't as strong as I was hoping for, but they are still unbelievable, best brownies I've ever had!

This wasn't as great as some people sad, but not as bad as others did. I made a few changes... I just mixed the noodles in with all the meat, so the noodles on top didn't dry out. I also used another can of tomotoes like others said to. I poured 1/2 the meat noddle mix in the pan, then added the cream cheese mix and then the rest of the meat and topped with cheddar. It was pretty good but some bites had to strong of cream cheese taste... next time I'm going to just mix all the ingeredients, but the cheddar, in a big bowl, put in the pan, top with cheddar and bake... you end up mixing it all up on your plate anyway. I'll make this again for dinners but it won't be a huge family favorite.

This was my first experience with hummus, so I don't have any idea what it's supposed to taste like. I also hate Chick Peas. I put half the cumin like others said and I doubled the salt and olive oil. It was pretty good. I wouldn't crave it over brownies or anything but if you're into healthy, this is the way to go.
