Too many. My favorite German dish is Sauerbraten, for which many different recipes exist. Did you know the original recipe for "Sauerbraten Rheinische Art" used horsemeat? Tried to make a real good "Sacher Torte". Well, the taste was there, but it was as hard as a brick.
