I am not a big fan of cooking, but I feel like I should be so I keep trying. One thing I do know is I hate cooking for myself; I want to cook for other people.

Thanksgiving- Broccoli Casserole, Cheese Grits, Baked Glazed Ham or Roasted Turkey
Christmas Time- Sausage Balls and a variety of cookies, snacks, and desserts

I tend to cook meat too long and burn it for fear of undercooked meat.
