Brotchen Rolls
These rolls have a wonderful chewy texture. They were very simple to make. The flavor is a bit bland, however. Next time I'm going to add a bit of salt. But there will be a next time!

Ground Beef Mexican Style
I added a bit extra salsa. It was super easy and really satisfying. I will use this many more times.

Sausage Gravy II
This recipie was great. I ended up adding a little bit of bacon grease. My finance absolutely LOVED it over biscuits! I will definately use this again.
