Oma's Fabulous Matzo Ball Soup
I made a "poor student" version of this recipe using whole wheat crackers and tofu dogs. -_- But! I followed the directions for how to make the matzo balls and it worked wonderfully. I'm going to save up for some imported matzo and definitely use this recipe again.

Giant Chocolate Chip Cookies
I replaced the butter with canola oil and scaled the recipe down to make one GIANT cookie for myself. Heh. Dinner of champions. It worked out wonderfully! Great texture and taste, though next time I'd probably add a touch of salt.

Pizza Dough III
I used this recipe this evening. It was my first time making pizza dough, and it turned out wonderfully. The texture is perfect. The only thing I did differently was cook it at 425F for 15 minutes. It cooked fully in that time without being overdone. Thanks for this. :)
