I am a single mother of 5. I work full time and go to school once a week. I make time to cook meals for my family when I am at home and to have something in the freeze for them to cook when I am at work or school.

I love to make desserts, but anymore my favorite things to cook are quick, easy and have leftovers.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Christmas time is when my cooking shines. I use the oven to help heat the house, so am always baking something.
