Avocado Salsa
Everyone raves about this recipe when I make it and I get lots of requests for the recipe. The only change I make is to add a can of rinsed black beans and I add lots of cilantro. So Yummy!

Delicious Black Bean Burritos
These were phenomenal. I used preseasoned black beans and added more cream cheese for a saucier burrito. Will definitely make again!

Mini Meatloaves
This recipe was fantastic. I used "meatloaf mix" instead of ground beef. I also made them in muffin tins. Only suggestion... if you make them in muffin tins, put some of the topping in the muffin tins before you put the beef mixture in and then top it. Yummie!
