About this Cook
Like to try new recipes and adding my own ideas to them.
My favorite things to cook
Comfort Foods like italian, pot roast, lasagna. I also like to use the grill, alot!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Food for football games and holidays. It is nice to cook for a group of friends
My cooking triumphs
I really like my lasagna, so does everyone else.
My cooking tragedies
Me and raw pizza dough are never very good friends. I usually end up wanting to toss it in the backyard.

Beef Wellingtons
Change the beef to chicken and add ham and it is really good. Like cordon blue in puff pastry.

Clone of a Cinnabon
No matter what the grams of fat were everyone had 2 of these for breakfast. I would definetly make these again, my only complaint was the recipe did go into enough detail and I had the help of other cooks (aka moms) to help with the order the ingredients needed to go.

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge
This fudge came out great and very creamy. It was hit with all and 1 batch made just enough for all. The recipe was easy but I took the advise from other and got a candy thermometer. I will definetly make this again!!!
