I used this frosting on top of a double layered lemon cake. I was looking for an alternitive to the butter cream i usually decorate with. I had thought about subsituting the vanilla pudding for lemon pudding but i wasn't feeling that brave. I am confident now that lemon would taste wonderful too. My cake turned out a little sloppy but i'm sure with practice it could be as beautiful as other birthday cakes i've made. People loved it and the frosting got a wow.. WOW! from my husband. That's pretty dang good. Thank you for a great recipe. I will be using this one again :-)

these tasted great. I need tons of practice shaping them and rolling them a bit flatter. The family was impressed to have real live home made tortillas come out of my kitchen :-)

My 18 year old Daughter and I made this Lasagne on Christmas Eve. My brother told my daughter if she keeps cooking like that she'll be able to get herself a good man and keep him. I'm guessing he liked it ;) We all really liked it. Infact it's not so bad as reheated left overs too. It's a family keeper!
