Wonderful for fall! I used only a pinch of nutmeg, and added 1/2 teaspoon of ginger. I also added more cinnamon, and cut the sugar a half of a cup.I made a little over a dozen regular size muffins, and then made some mini muffins with the left over batter. They turned out great!

Best Ever Blueberry Cobbler

This recipe is relatively simple to make, and it tastes so good! Instead of using just blueberries, I used 3 cups worth of blueberries and red raspberries which worked out perfectly. I also followed some other reviews, and I added 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon to batter and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon to fruit. I had to bake the cobbler for about 45-50 minutes. Very thin crust.

Ty's Barbequed Chicken

This recipe was very good! Since some reviews said that it didn't really taste like BBQ chicken, I added about 2 tablespoons of my favorite BBQ sauce. It should have been marinated longer (I did mine for a hour in a ziploc bag). It had a great flavor. We will have this again.

Wonderful! The only changes I made were: I used 3/4 of a stick of margarine, and I flipped the pan over on a plate right after I got it out of the oven. Everyone loved it!

The Best Unbaked Cherry Cheesecake Ever

For this recipe, I cut back the powdered sugar to 3/4 of a cup, and I didn't use quite 1/4 of a cup sugar for the crust. When I tried to get the cheesecake out of the pie container, it fell apart and ended up looking like a blob on the plate. But the taste was wonderful! It was very soft and creamy. It is not something I would serve a guest based on the appearance factor, but the taste was wonderful! Thanks for sharing.

Peach Cobbler VI

This recipe turned out beautifully. I made the cobbler in a 9x9 pan. It was in the oven for about 40 minutes. I also followed other reviews, by placing the peaches on the bottom of the pan and then the batter on top. I would also recommend putting 1/4 of the 1/2 cup brown sugar into the batter. Then use the leftover 1/4 brown sugar with the cinnamon to sprinkle on top. I will make this recipe again!

Caramel Popcorn

I followed the recipe exactly, and it turned out great! Everyone loved it! (The popcorn took about 30 minutes to cool completely before I broke the popcorn pieces apart.)

Quick Quiche

This is delicious! I had to bake it for about 50 minutes so that the quiche was set and slightly golden. I recommend using only 1/2 teaspoon salt if your bacon is pretty salty. I can't wait to try out other variations with sausage and green peppers!

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Easy Ham and Noodles

This dish was wonderful! It was easy to prepare and had an excellent taste. Next time, I will leave the lid off to help evaporate some of the milk so it won't be so runny. We will use this recipe next time we have leftover ham!

Blackberry Pie IV

This pie was so easy to make and was so delicious! It only took about 2 minutes to throw together. The pie took longer to bake than what the recipe stated. If your blackberries are tart, I would suggest adding a little more sugar. Overall it was very very good!

The chicken was very easy to prepare and grill. There was a subtle taste of lemon, but I thought the chicken was overwhelmed by the parsley. I would add less next time.

Very Best Blueberry Cobbler!

The cobbler tasted absolutely delicious. However, the cobbler took longer to cook than anticipated. I finally had to take it out of the oven after 40 minutes and we still had to eat around the middle which was still gooey. It probably would have been better if I had left in the oven longer.
