Baked these for Christmas they were AWESOME!!! Family actually thought they were Mrs. Fields - How's that??? I loved the added flavour of the brandy! Will definitely make these again, and again, and again...

I absolutely loved it. I didn't actually bake it myself - a friend brought it in to work and well, let's just say it didn't take long 'til it was gone. It's so moist and every bite yells yummy banana - the fact that there's cream cheese and a wonderful struesel mixture in the middle is BONUS!!! I have already printed out the recipe and am ready to bake up some loaves.....

Although most of the people who tasted the bars said they were "alright". I can't say I really enjoyed this recipe. I had to make a few changes. (pan size, baking crust first, increased baking time...) Maybe I was just having an off day.
