Hash Brown Casserole I
My husband LOVES this dish, and its so simple! I follow the recipe almost exactly, though I use cream of chicken with the celery for more flavor. I sub the hot sauce with the green jalopeno sauce. DELICIOUS, without the burn!! I find it unnecessary to defrost the hashbrowns, I usually forget anyway. I've made this many times, thinking about making this dish with Potato O'Brien. DO try this dish!

Brooklyn Girl's Penne Arrabiata
This is one of my favorite dishes! My husband eats this until he can't eat anymore! I use less crushed pepper because I'm not big on spicy foods, and if I don't feel like defrosting chicken and cooking it seperate, I use frozen breaded chicken tenderloins/strips right out the bag and it tastes GREAT! You have to give this recipe a try!

Lasagna Alfredo
Once seeing this recipe, I HAD to try it. This recipe is VERY substitute friendly: I added minced garlic, mushrooms, and aged parmesan cheese to the spinach to add more flavor to the layers. To cut down on preperation I use no bake lasagna, and it works just fine. I add more chicken to my lasagna and mix it into all the sauce. Once finished, I serve with tomato sauce on top. Everyone loves it and always ask the next time I'm making it!
