Roasted Garlic Flat Iron Steak
I love roasted garlic and always make it and have it on hand. This was a great way to use it. I used another reviewer's technique of broiling it. Wonderful flavor, super juicy, and tender.

Baked Honey Nut Chicken
The flavor was delicious. However, the coating came out a little soggy. I think next time I will fry the chicken just long enough to get a crispy coat and then finish it off in the oven. This chicken was also very moist.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake I
very tasty and moist, however it has a LOT of sugar. I know you can often substitute fruit puree for eggs/oil and would love to know if using the zucchini to replace these would work. If I'm going to put zucchini in a cake, I would love if it could be more healthy (as well as tasty)
