Beef Steaks With Blue Cheese
I followed previous reviews and BBQ'd this, then broiled on high with the croutons topped with cheese mix (added garlic). This recipe seems so hard to make, and will impress all guests, but is so easy! Delicious.

Coquilles St. Jacque
Wonderful! The cheese sauce is not too heavy, just nicely creamy. I doubled the mushrooms, because I love em.

Swiss Chard with Garbanzo Beans and Fresh Tomatoes
This is excellent. So wholesome! I mixed in some goat cheese near the end, and make this side dish a meal! I also used canned tomatoes.
