Sweet Dinner Rolls

made 16 balls in 2 buttered 8" round pans. Got lots of compliments and I must say I thought they were pretty tasty myself. I only got one, they were all gone by the time I got back to the table.

Way better than machine bread and worth the time for me and my family. I use the yeast in a jar, on my scale yeast measured to 3 1/4 tsp. Also, I have to use more flour for this recipe, 7 cups, then I turn it out onto 1/2 cup flour.

Baked Trout Fillets

Left out the sour cream all together because I didn't have any. Did everything else exactly like the recipe said. It was Amazing! My whole family loved it. The kids had thirds.

Cheese Lover's Tuna Casserole

I did what Karen Turner suggested, adding the curry and the garlic powder and halfing the cheese. It was awesome, even my 1 and 2 year olds liked it. The only change I'm going to make next time is to use the 2% cheese to decrease the amount of fat.
