Bourbon-Mango Pulled Pork
I followed the recipe and the next time I make it I will lighten up on the amount of ground pepper and also cut back on the bbq sauce. I had a 5lb pork shoulder and it seemed that there was still too much pepper and too much bbq sauce. Those 2 flavors seemed to overpower the pork. It still was very tasty.
