Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
Made this tonight after marinating for almost 48 hours, it was great. I did make a sauce from the left over marinade and the pan dripping and it added alot to the tenderloin. I am sure that I will make this many more times.

Roasted New Red Potatoes
Great and easy! Added some fresh parsley, rosemary, and chives to the olive oil which I put in a ziplock bag and then mixed with the potatoes. Cooked for about 22 minutes. they were perfect.

Skillet Ham, Cabbage and Potatoes
Made this last night and it was great. Followed other suggestions and cooked the onions and potatoes first, then added ham, then added cabbage last. Used chicken broth instead of water. Left out the salt and papricka. Added black pepper. Its even better after sitting overnight. Thanks for something different.
