Cream Cheese Frosting II
I used 3/4c fine castor sugar instead because i didn't have icing sugar and it turned out fantastic! I just had to beat the mixture a little longer until the texture becomes smooth.The sweetness was juts nice for me.

Banana Chocolate Chip Cake
It turned out delicious. I didn't double the recipe but it was OK for me.

Soft and Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies
I followed some of the reviews, added extra flour and pb and it turned out right!nice!i also reduced the sugar like some said.I did find the batter a bit oily but the cookies turned out well.I also had to increase the temp. to 170 C.
