I am astay at home Mum of three beautiful children aged 8 years, 6 years and 8 months. I love scrapbooking, shopping and selling on Ebay and cooking.My favorite type of cooking is baking. I also love cake decorating and sugar craft. Cakes, biscuits, desserts, roasts and slow cooked meals like corned beef. At any holiday or family get toghther it is pot luck. I love this as my sister and i (also an great cook) have a chance to try out new recipes on our family! Learning how to bake a cake with out burning it or having it stuck to the pan! A run of bad luck that lasted quite a while where every cake I made burned or stuck to the pan!
