Herb Roasted Chicken and Vegetables

I substituted boneless chicken breast for the chicken, and otherwise followed the recipe as written. Next time I would add more spices as it was a little bland. Both my husband and i enjoyed it!

Easy Mexican Casserole

I made this recipe exactly as listed except I was out of cheddar cheese and used a mixture of colby and monterey jack cheeses. It tasted great and was a big hit. 30 minutes was just right in my oven. Next time I will try adding diced green or red peppers to the toppings. Excellent!

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

Excellent cake recipe for all chocolate lovers! The only change I made was to let the cake cool for 20-30 minutes before turning it out onto a serving platter. Everyone loved it!!

The purchased 9 inch graham cracker pie shell that I used was too big for the amount of filling..it would have worked better in an 8 inch crust. However, it was EASY and YUMMY and I will definitely use the recipe again!!

Slow Cooker Barbecue Ribs

This recipe makes very tasty tender ribs. I used country style ribs and they turned out great! I added 1 tsp of liquid smoke to the sauce for a smoky flavor. Will definitely use again!!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This is an excellent recipe! I only had one can of cream of mushroom soup, so substituted cream of celery for one can. The gravy was delicious, and the meat very tender. I served with mashed potatoes and green beans. Delicious!

Burrito Pie

We enjoyed this spicy burrito pie very much! I doubled the cheese, using a mixture of colby and monterey jack. We topped with lettuce, tomatoes, salsa, green pepper, and sour cream. DELICIOUS!!
