Easy Mexican Casserole
I made this recipe exactly as listed except I was out of cheddar cheese and used a mixture of colby and monterey jack cheeses. It tasted great and was a big hit. 30 minutes was just right in my oven. Next time I will try adding diced green or red peppers to the toppings. Excellent!
