Fabulous Foolproof Lasagna
This was the first lasagna I ever made mostly because I felt like it was a difficult thing to make. This recipe is fantastic! I followed the recipe exactly except I used home made sauce instead of jar. This also reheats really well.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
This was good but I made some changes based on other reviews. I used brown sugar instead of white and doubled the cinnamon and nutmeg. Very easy muffins!

Pumpkin Cookies V
These cookies were delicious! I do not even like pumpkin flavored desserts and I really enjoyed these cookies. I followed the recipe exactly except the cookies take about 16 minutes to cook rather than 10. These would be good to make for Thanksgiving or a holiday party!
