Bow Ties with Sausage, Tomatoes and Cream
This recipe is excellent! The flavors are so good together. I made 2 minor changes. I used 2 (14 oz) cans petite diced tomatoes with the liquid and I used 1 c light cream and 1/2 c heavy cream to cut the fat. We loved this so much, we ate the leftovers for 2 days. I would definitely make this again.

Omelet Biscuit Cups
This is delicous and very easy to prepare. I substituted bacon for the ham and I change the cheese all the time, depending on what I have in house. Great for a brunch!

Feta Cheese Foldovers
This recipe is so easy to make and your guests will always be impressed because it looks like it took a lot of work. Sometimes I add sauteed spinach in these.
