Champagne Chicken
I didn't think this was bland at all. It was really excellent--my husband and I devoured it. The only change I made was adding 2 cloves of minced garlic when I added the mushrooms. I used a brut champagne. Will make again when we have champagne to spare.

Microwave Pralines
Followed the directions to a T. Turned out rock hard and icky. Threw the whole batch away. Poor pecans. :(

Zucchini Bread
This was good! I skipped the chocolate chips and added craisins instead. My husband and I ate it all. I might also add some nuts next time.
