Chocolate Press Cookies
Flavor wasn't bad. No luck with the press, I should have read the reviews. I made them as drop cookies, we got a ton of them. Maybe I will reduce the Coco next time.

Chocolate Eclair Cake
The recipe I have is very close to this one. only difference is you use confectioners sugar and don't cook the topping. I made it in 2 smaller pans so I can bring one to a friends house and have one for home. worked good.

Snow Flakes
These pressed great. A little bland. I had to use butter instead of the butter shortening. I am going to try the butter shortening and lemon next time. My son added an M&M to the center of about half the cookies. Went over big with the M&M, added a little zip to the cookie...
