40+ year old mom of 2 big kids :) Girl and boy. I work in an office all day and wonder what to make quick and easy in the evening. Oddly enough, I'm still better with computers than my kids. I can pretty much resolve any problem that comes up... whether I like it or not. FOOD! Pretty much anything that quick and tasty. Like exotic flavors, so lots of food from the other side of the planet. Good old Grandma's apple pie. Of courese the standard holiday turkeys and all the fixin's that go with it. Pies in general, cakes and cold buffets. a leaky lemon meringue pie... don't ask.. I don't know what happened. Was a bad month for pies... they all came out leaky. Glad that's done and over with.
