About this Cook
I love baking, I hope to soon someday own my own bakery. It brings me great joy to satisfy a person's sweet tooth.
My favorite things to cook
I love baking cakes, or any dessert that I can decorate. I really have no preference on what I like to cook, I'll try anything and am always eager to try a new recipe.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I am from Alaska, and the best thing to eat in the winter time is soup, so my grandmother is a soup expert, always experimenting with new things, so she has made me a very confident cook.
My cooking triumphs
My triumph is yet to come, I am baking wedding cupcakes for my cousin's wedding in August.
My cooking tragedies
Divinity, I try it every year and cannot get it right.

Creme Brulee French Toast
I could not believe how much this tasted like creme brulee, the texture of the bread and crispiness of the top makes it feel like you're eating creme brulee, and the taste is absolutely delicious. I recommend this for any and EVERY brunch you throw, absolutely delicious!!!

White Chocolate Cake
Excellent recipe! This is a moist, dense cake, with a nice, creamy buttercream frosting. I added fresh strawberries in between the layers since they're in season right now, this was the rave at a co-workers going away party.

Richest Ever Chocolate Pound Cake
This was not rich nor was it a pound cake. I made this cake for a friend's birthday, as I do for her every year, and this was the first time that I was embarassed to give her a cake. This recipe definitely needs more chocolate, it was just a plain old chocolate cake.
