Refried Beans Without the Refry
I am a big fan of canned refried beans and was very excited to try this recipe! I followed the instructions for the most part; however, I used a hand mixer at the end to reach desired consistency. I would definitely add more jalepeno next time and maybe roasted garlic instead of fresh. Good recipe base, thanks!

Apple Crisp II
Great recipe........... Upon reading others reviews I tossed the apples in the sugar/flour/cinnamon mixture and added a tsp. of ground nutmeg, then layered the apples in he bottom of the baking dish. I halved the amount of granny smith apples and substituted the remaining apples for rhubarb. I used a little bit more brown sugar than the recipe called for as the rhubarb was not sweetened. 45 minutes was the perfect baking time.

Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins
Fantastic muffins!!!! I highly suggest adding 1 heaping tsp of cinnamon for some extra flavor. They were fine without the cinnamon but even better with. I also added flax seeds for a little extra goodness and extra blueberries.
