I will always "marinade" my chicken in egg yolks from now on!! These were the most tender chix tenderloins I have ever made! I can't wait to try fried chicken in the egg yolks. All 3 of my kids gobbled it up and the garlic level was perfect! Just use common sense when measuring the bread crumbs. Thanks!!!

This was flipping awesome!! I had ground turkey AND a bag of lentils so ta-da!! I added some smoked paprika about 1 tbs, a splash of worstchest. sce, a tiny drop or two of liquid smoke. For the tomatoes I just added one big can of diced and a squeeze of tomato paste. I threw in some chopped fresh green beans and a little finely chopped carrot. MMMMM, and a meal you can feel good about eating. Even the kids loved it. Thanks for the great idea :)

I liked this, too bad 2/3 of my kids did not. Guess its not really a kid thing. I added extra garlic and a little cayenne. Its okay. I've had better. Not sure if it was worth the $7 on tahini, but I'll find another use for it. Thanks for the post!!
