Greek Chicken Burgers with Feta
I don't usually have ground chicken but it was marked down so I picked it up and this was a terrific way to use it!! Yummy! I pretty much stuck to the recipe but added a little dill and left out the sundried tomatoes since I didn't have them. DELICIOUS!! Very moist and I spread spicy pepper hummus on the bun with red onion and basil leaves. Thank you, will definitely make again!

Open-Faced Crab Melts
Oh, were these good! I added some hot sce, horseradish mustard and a little sour cream/mayo combo. Topped with tomato and mixed greens with provolone chz instead of cheddar! I gobbled down an extra half! -I used lite whole wheat english muffins for the extra fiber! Thanks for the idea for canned crab!

Amy's Garlic Egg Chicken
I will always "marinade" my chicken in egg yolks from now on!! These were the most tender chix tenderloins I have ever made! I can't wait to try fried chicken in the egg yolks. All 3 of my kids gobbled it up and the garlic level was perfect! Just use common sense when measuring the bread crumbs. Thanks!!!
