I'm a professional classical singer and a teacher of singing in Greece. I'm married with Marc from Congo(Brazzavile) and we have two babies;2 and a half years and 4 months old. I love cooking,but most of all I love baking cakes,breads and cookies. At my home usually we eat greek and congolese food but I love trying recipes from other countries also. I could say that I have many successes on greek and congolese recipes but my favorites are lachanodolmades(greek recipe with ground meat and cabbage),chicken with peanut butter(congolese recipe) and last but not least my upsidedown cakes. I remember to have cooking tragedies when I've started cooking at 12years old since then I'm rather successful at kitchen.
