I did not care for this recipe. I'm sorry, but after adding an entire package of frozen strawberries to try to dilute the extreme syrupy flavor of this, it was still waaaaaaay too sweet. Not to mention the alcohol content was about 4x what it should have been.

I made this rice to go with the Ham and Pineapple Kabobs recipe on this site. The rice was good, but kind of bland. I ended up putting the marinade from the Ham and Pineapple Kabobs recipe on it, which really helped.

I made these outside on the grill for Memorial Day weekend, and I happened to be alone when they were finished (boyfriend went to the store). I had eaten the whole lot by the time he got home! They were delicious! The only thing is I wish I had put a little lime juice in the marinade, it really would have perked them up. Otherwise, these were awesome!
