I accidentally served corn on the cob still frozen. The butter wouldn't even melt, I boiled it, but I guess not long enough! It was at a dinner party.

Creole Cornbread Stuffing
This will be my 4th year to make this recipe for Thanksgiving and it is fantastic! Very, very good! Everyone goes on and on about it. I substitute 2 boxes of jiffy mix (baked according to package directions) and crumble it, instead of making the homemade cornbread, just to make it a little quicker. LOVE IT!

French Baguettes
Phenomenal! I made these exactly as written - soooo good! I waited about 10 minutes after they came out of the oven and then sliced them in diagonal slices, then spread a little butter over them and baked them at 350 for 5-7 minutes. Perfect little dippers for soup!! My husband has been asking for more everyday since I made them. :)
