Juicy Roasted Chicken
This was pretty good. I didn't have the celery, so I used lemon wedges and two bay leaves inside the bird. I also used the garlic powder instead of the onion powder, plus I sprinkled the outside with some paprika. I had to bake the chicken a little longer, since it was a larger bird. All in all not bad, will probably make again with a little tweaking.
