Made this with hot salsa and the black beans. I also added celery and green onions along with some crushed red pepper flakes for a little more zing. It was very good and easy will absolutely make it again.

This was pretty good. I didn't have the celery, so I used lemon wedges and two bay leaves inside the bird. I also used the garlic powder instead of the onion powder, plus I sprinkled the outside with some paprika. I had to bake the chicken a little longer, since it was a larger bird. All in all not bad, will probably make again with a little tweaking.

These were easy to make and very good. Took them to a "pot luck" and received some good reviews. I used Confetti cake mix which made them colorful. My husband said I have to make them again, so they must be good!
