Spaghetti Squash I
Excellent! My 3 year old ate it and my husband said "spaghetti squash is better than I remembered it"
I took the advice of others and added 1 1/2 c water when baking and turned out perfect. Used EVOO instead of vegetable oil, omitted olives and sauted broccoli instead for color.
