Terrific recipe! I doubled the recipe to feed my crew. Substituted 1 can evaporated milk for some of the water and added a sliced onion & some beef broth. Absolutely delicious! Thanks for sharing!

Slow Cooker Roast Beef

Great recipe! I did substitute worcestershire sauce for the soy sauce and I cooked it for about 18 hours. Makes LOTS of yummy gravy and the meat is very tender. Thanks so much for posting!
