I would just give this three stars. I think it needs a little more fruity flavor. Next time, I will add more pineapple and mandarin oranges, reduce the whipped topping to 12 oz. (or even 8!), and fold in a cup of chopped nuts. The recipe as is makes WAY more than 12 servings.

Delicous. I cut down on the cilantro, however, because I find it too overpowering. Otherwise, I prepared exactly as the recipe says.

Cabbage Rolls II

I thought this was great. My husband probably would have given four stars...his family made his more spicy/less sweet. I had never eaten cooked cabbage before (don't like the smell). Glad I tried these.

BUSH'S® Red, White and Bean Minestrone

This was absolutely delish. The whole family loved it. Made no changes to original recipe, but made it a second time with regular Italian sausage. Probably a little less healthful for you but just as good.

Chicken Florentine Casserole

Very yummy. I made a couple of changes. Left out the bacon bits and mushrooms...only because I didn't have any on hand. I cooked the chicken in the microwave in water and then cubed it instead of leaving whole. Also, I used fresh spinach, but I didn't bother to steam it. I just layered the dry leaves in the bottom of the pan. It came out great.

Broccoli Chicken Roli

Very tasty but very confusing. Like others I used three cans of rolls. After removing the rolls from the can, I cut each in half and made smaller, appetizer-size bites. I placed the chicken mixture in the center and crossed the ends over the middle. It helps if you let the dough come to room temp. You can stretch the dough to cover the filling. Baked for 15 minutes. I never did figure out the whole wreath thing, though.
