Holiday Brie en Croute

This was wonderful! I made this for a small New Year's gathering and it was a hit! I used a triple berry fruit spread and very little almonds. I felt the spread and cranberries made the dish!

It was good - we could really taste the alcohol. I used a yellow cake mix and substituted OJ for the water. I also used fresh lime juice.

Classic Bran Muffins

I love this recipe. I make the muffins on a Sunday night and have breakfast for the entire week! I usually add more raisins and bake 13-14 minutes.
