Holiday Brie en Croute
This was wonderful! I made this for a small New Year's gathering and it was a hit! I used a triple berry fruit spread and very little almonds. I felt the spread and cranberries made the dish!

Linda's Lasagna
Loved this recipe! I used ricotta and ground turkey. The leftovers freeze well.

Tofu Parmigiana
My husband and I did not care for this and we love tofu. I don't know if I did something wrong but I won't be making this again.
