Slow Cooker Lime Chicken with Rice
I made a vegetarian version of this using vegetable broth, vegetarian "chickn" strips, and a wild rice blend. I adjusted to give the wild rice enough time to cook. Otherwise, I was true to the recipe. This was delicious, and I will be making this again!

Bob's Salad Dressing
This is a delicious dressing! It was perfect for a salad I made that had falafel as one of the ingredients. Will certainly be making this one again.

Russian Cabbage Borscht
My beet- and cabbage-hating husband liked this quite well! It was a welcome change from our standard fare, and I will certainly make it again.
