Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bread
Awesome awesome recipe! I have been making this for the past two years at the holidays and people actually ask me to make it! It freezes beautifully, I make mini-loaves and pull them out for a great breakfast or for when company stops by. Definite 5 star recipe!

Georgia Peach Homemade Ice Cream
Not my favorite peach ice cream recipe, the texture was somewhat off and the flavor just wasn't very peachy -- and the peaches we used were excellent and juicy. It might have been better with a full cup of sugar?
