Brussels Sprouts with Pecans

I made this without the sugar; it was very good. My husband is not a sprout fan but liked this recipe. Will definitely make it again.

Salmon with Lemon and Dill

I did as other reviewers recommended and used fresh minced garlic, also added the dill to the butter sauce. It was great!! Definitely a keeper.

Fantastic Lemon Butter Fillet

Wow!! This was unbelievable! I used cod, and it was to die for. Definitely a keeper.
