I am of Italian heritage and married 32 years to a Cuban. We both love to cook, my husband is a professional cook so we do tend to compete a lot. My father was a chef most of his adult and taught me alot. My favorite things to cook are Italian meals and desserts. I love to prepare stuffed pasta and pastires. I also enjoy cooking Cuban cuisine and have become very good at it. Friends are always hinting for invites to supper. My favorite cooking traditions is at Christmas time. My husband and I coming from teo different cultures lover to make sure that both cultures are represented during the Holidays so: on Christmas Eve we prepare a full blown Cuban Meal and on Christmas day we prepare a full blown Italian meal.
