Well my family tradition dishes are manily seafood...anything seafood
My cooking triumphs
Is when I made a dish off of the top of my head just had a taste for some spinich, crab meat and shrimp. I mixed the three together with some spring onions cream cheese and some breadcrumbs. It looked like throwup and I was afraid that I would get chewed out. But everyone went for 2nds with a smile and so did I.
My cooking tragedies
Is when I am overloaded with things to do and I burn my food. Especially when it is a big dish.
