Hi, My name Is Stephanie and I LOVE TO COOK!! The funny thing is, when my husband and I got married, I couldn't boil water. Three years into the our married life, my husband bought me a Better Homes and Gardens cookbook, I made French Onion soup for the first time, and the rest is history. I love to cook, and have done several formal dinners, and funeral dinners at church. The kids at church ask me if I live in the kitchen. My dream is have a catering business someday!! I love to cook meals that are inexpensive and easy. I love when my kids ask to me to make this dish again. I love using my crock pot!! I also love to make up dishes from leftovers that use what I have and my family loves it. At Easter, we make the Easter Cookies, that I get from Allrecipes. My inlaws come over and we all make the cookies as a family and it helps the kids understand the true meaning of Christmas. I make better meatloaf than my mother in law!! I also made a 1,000 muffins for church three years ago. It took 17 1/2 hours of baking, but I did it! The first time I grilled chicken for my inlaws. It was beautiful on the outside, raw on the inside. It has been 13 years and I have not lived that down. Also, the first apple pie I made. It had a beautiful domed crust, but it was hard as a rock and just as tough to eat. My wonderful husband at it anyway!!
