Bucatini Pasta with Shrimp and Anchovies
Really, really good. Made as written and it was delicious!

Carrot Chile and Cilantro Soup
Bland as is. Double the amount of chili paste, garlic, and cilantro. Stir in more fresh cilantro, the juice of one lime, and a good amount of kosher salt at the end... delicious!

Cucumber Sunomono
YUM YUM YUM! Made as written, added some toasted sesame seeds. Wonderful, I could eat it every day.
