Chocolate Surprise Cupcakes
they're delicious! i did make a few changes tho - i ran out of white sugar so i used one cup of light brown, instead of mixing the chocolate chips with the cream cheese mixture, i sprinkled them on the tops, i used strong coffee instead of water, and i also baked them for only twenty minutes. the first batch i put the cream cheese on top, but didn't like the look of them when they came out of the oven, so the next batch i filled the cups 1/3 then added the cream cheese, then topped them up with more cake mixture, and no chocolate chips. they're far more attractive, and a little more 'grown up' without the chips. next time i bake these i'm going to add a small amount of cherry pie filling before i bake them too!

Easy Sour Cream Cheesecake
I made this recipe last night and although it was very easy to put together, i was a bit disappointed. i used a homemade graham crust rather than a shortbread, but followed the directions exactly otherwise. When i first removed it from the oven it was quite thick, but after it dropped to about an inch thick rather than what i see on the photo attached to this recipe! The taste is nice, the texture is nice, but it sure didn't look like that picture!

Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies
I noticed so many different changes were made to this recipe with varying results. I decided to stick to the original recipe and see for myself. As it turned out i had no nuts, nor did i have milk so i omitted them. (I don't understand why milk would be listed anyway as it would thin the dough too much) Also i was using a dark baking sheet so i lowered the temperature to 350F and baked for ten minutes. They did not go flat as others mentioned, they were crisp and golden on the outside and moist and chewy on the inside. My whole house smells wonderful too! This is a keeper!
