These are good but if I make again, I will cut back on the sugar. They probably would have been moister if I had boiled the raisins first. They are still pretty tasty.

I have been making these for years. I originally got the recipe off the back of a bag of chocolate chips. Butterscotch or Pistachio pudding mix work real well with chocolate chips.

Apple Pie Muffins

Very good. I might try a little more cinnamon or nutmeg next time but they are very good the way they are. Perhaps this recipe was intended as jumbo muffins because I ended up with 23 regular muffins.

Ham and Bean Soup II

Egg-Free Low-Fat Oatmeal Cookies

These are tasty. I did leave the walnuts out so I only got 19 cookies. Next time I will double the recipe as it doesn't make sense to dirty the dishes for 19 cookies.
