Grandma's Gingersnap Cookies

Bar Cookies from Cake Mix

This is a very good recipe. I used a dark chocolate cake mix and added chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.

Absolutely Excellent Oatmeal Cookies

Good taste and texture but too soft for me. I prefer my oatmeal cookies to be more on the crunchier side.
