Pan-Fried Asparagus
I've been cooking asparagus this way for years, my only suggestion is just before the asparagus is done to add the juice of half a fresh lemon and the zest..it really brightens up the flavor! The garlic burns easily so be careful. A guick and delicious way to prepare asparagus.

Fast and Easy French Onion Dip
This dip is pretty good, but I thought the onion overpowered it....I'll stick to my version of 1 16oz carton of sour cream and 1 package dry onion soup mix, mix and refridgerate a few hours until flavors meld and onions soften. It's so easy that we never buy onion dip at the store anymore!

Grandma's Egg Custard Pie
I've never made a custard pie before, but my brother wanted one for his birthday. I made this one and it turned out wonderful. He loved it and so did everyone else. If I'd have know they were so easy to make I'd have made them a long time ago.
